Online casino games developer Stakelogic has lauded its partnership with platform provider Blox which “significantly” increases the distribution of its catalogue of titles.

Under the terms of the deal, operators powered by the Blox platform will gain accessibility to Stakelogic’s full portfolio of classic and video slots, along with live dealer titles for the first time.

This includes Black Gold 2 Megaways, Viking Smash, Hero Clash, Sea God, and Raging Bison plus classic slots such as Joker Wild Blaster, Hot Joker and Ultra Joker.

“Our mission is to ensure we provide our partners with the tools they need to succeed and being able to offer the best content in the market is vital,” explained Karl Grech, CCO at Blox. “This is why joining forces with Stakelogic was an easy decision to make.

“The provider’s slots have been topping charts in markets around the world and we are thrilled to now be able to offer them to our partners in Italy and beyond.”

In addition to the developer’s suite of titles, operators on the Blox platform will also benefit from Stakelogic’s range of gamification features such as the Super Stake mechanic.

Olga Bajela, CCO of Stakelogic, added: “It is an honour to have our full suite of games made available to operators in Italy and other markets via this breakthrough deal with BLOX, a company that shares the same values and ambitions as Stakelogic.

“We are proud to have developed some of the most exciting online casino content in the market and for it now to be made available to more operators and players than ever before. We look forward to seeing them enjoy the thrills and excitement each of our titles offers.”

CT Gaming Interactive has struck what the online gaming content and solutions provider lauds as a “milestone deal in the Italian market” alongside platform and content provider Blox.

The partnership will see CT Gaming supply Blox with its suite of igaming titles, which will be launched with various online casino brands throughout the year, starting soon with betagioco.it.

The supplier says that the agreement represents a key step in its exposure in the Italian market, with a “solid and long-term” presence in the jurisdiction sought.

CT Gaming deeped its Italian market presence alongside Italian gaming service provider Reactive Games Software Solutions, following which link-ups alongside BlueOcean Gaming, OPAP, Softgamings, Supergame.be were also secured.

Most recently Romanian depth was gained alongside www.winner.ro and sports betting and online casino operator Favbet, before Meridianbet brought a deepened presence in Latin America and Africa.

“This deal will further strengthen our position in the market and solidifies the trust and confidence our partners have in us,” stated Milena Tsankarska, business development at CT Gaming Interactive.

“We are happy that Blox has selected us as a supplier for a selection of our best in class portfolio games to be distributed over their online market channels. We are confident that our content will be well received by the Italian players.”

This also becomes the latest in a string of collaboration inked by Blox, with CT Gaming following the likes of ESA Gaming, Microgaming, Greentube, and Ezugi.

Karl Grech, CCO at Blox, commented on the group’s latest deal: “From day one we’ve followed our vision of working with best of breed suppliers, and CT Gaming Interactive certainly fits into this category.

“Their development team consistently produces games that combine polished graphics with deep mechanics and popular themes to create truly compelling offerings.

“We know Italian players are actively searching for CT Gaming titles, and we’re confident our operator clients will find them to be a real draw, attracting new players and helping them retain existing ones”.

ESA Gaming is set to expand the reach of its EasySwipe portfolio, and deepen its presence in the Italian market, as the games provider teams-up with platform and content provider Blox.

The will see the former’s EasySwipe mobile-first game family, which have been designed to integrate seamlessly into sportsbook or igaming sites, be made available to operator partners through the Blox platform.

The titles allow sports bettors to easily swipe in and out, with the portfolio created in a bid to increase cross-selling capacity while also enhancing engagement levels and boosting screen time.

Karl Grech, CCO at Blox, added: “ESA’s games portfolio has a big following in Italy and its content is a perfect fit for sports betting operators looking to introduce their customers to online casino. We are certain the content will resonate well with our operator partners.”

Last month, ESA Gaming aligned with platform provider’s Octavian Lab and Giocaonline to achieve further Italian expansion, with the two collaborations sandwiching Portuguese entry, which was achieved via Casino Portugal.

The firm’s Italian focus has subsequently continued into June, with a Blox agreement following the roll-out of an alliance with platform provider Microgame, as ESA Gaming looks to cement its position in the region.

“Blox is a young and dynamic platform provider with an impressive track record and makes a perfect partner for us as we continue to rapidly expand in Italy,” Zorica Smallwood, director at ESA Gaming, said of the latest agreement.

“Our EasySwipe portfolio has received great feedback from operators and players alike because of its cross-selling capacity, and simple yet entertaining features and we will introduce additional titles this year that we are certain will be hits with users.”

Live casino provider Ezugi, which streams from nine studios located around the world, has enhanced its position in the Italian market and linking-up with online gambling platform provider Blox.

The latter, whose content portfolio includes slots, table games and live casino, has made Ezugi’s entire suite of live dealer titles, featuring games such as live casino for roulette, blackjack, punto banco and poker, available to its operator partners.

“We have a comprehensive understanding of what operators and players in the Italian market are seeking and live casino is at the top of that list which is why we have partnered with Ezugi to add some of the best live dealer content to our offering,” noted Karl Grech, chief marketing officer at Blox.

“Its games provide a truly exciting and authentic experience and will allow our operator partners to position themselves as the leading live dealer casinos in the market.”

Ezugi, who earlier this year spoke to CasinoBeats to elaborate upon its Italian market aspirations, will see its content roster, including 32 Cards, Fiesta Casino Peru and its recently launched One Day Teen Patti, become accessible by the operator’s partners.

This collaboration is the latest in a string of partnerships unveiled by Blox so far this year, with Ezugi following in the footsteps of Wazdan, Nolimit City, Pragmatic Play, Espresso Games, and Gamzix.

“The Italian market is performing incredibly well and Ezugi are delighted to be expanding our presence in the country through this deal with Blox,” added Rais Busom, territory manager of Italy and Spain at Ezugi.

“The provider counts some of the biggest brands among its partners, and they will now be able to access our award-winning content.

“Live dealer is fast becoming one of the most popular game categories in Italy and beyond, and our titles allow operators to meet this demand with games that have been designed to deliver a superior player experience from the very first round to the last.”

Italian igaming platform provider Blox has added further depth to its slots offering after striking a partnership with online casino content provider Pragmatic Play.

The partnership will see operator clients of the former gain access to a growing range of gaming offerings, available in Italian, which include titles such as Joker King, The Hand of Midas, Eye of the Storm, Madame Destiny Megaways and Congo Cash.

Karl Grech, chief commercial officer at Blox, commented: “Pragmatic Play is widely regarded as one of the leading names in online casino content, and its slots are sought by players around the world.

“By adding them to our platform, we are giving our Italian operator clients even more ways to stand out from the competition and keep even the most demanding players happy.

“We’re looking forward to a long and successful relationship with the Pragmatic Play team, and are absolutely confident that our clients will be impressed with how popular their games prove to be.”

This is the latest in a string of commercial tie-ups secured by Pragmatic Play, with Blox following in the footsteps of sports betting and online casino operator efbet, BetVictor, Broadway Gaming, and the Kindred Group, this month alone.

“Blox is a very promising brand and their increasing presence in the Italian market shouldn’t be ignored,” added Yossi Barzely, chief business development officer at Pragmatic Play.

“We’re excited to see how the relationship grows and how our products will be welcomed by the operator’s clients. With our slot portfolio increasing in size at such a fast pace, we’re sure that we’ll only see good outcomes for both parties.”

“Italy is a mature, regulated market,” noted Tamas Kusztos, head of sales and account management at Kalamba Games, who explained the reasoning behind the company’s recent venture into the Italian market.

At the beginning of this month, Kalamba secured a deal with igaming platform provider Blox, a partnership which saw the online casino content developer make its first appearance in Italy.

As SBC Digital Italy gets underway today, we caught up with Kusztos as we delved into the appeal of the Italian market, what to expect within the next 12 months and Kalamba’s involvement with the digital event.

Noting why the deal with Blox was described as a ‘natural fit’, Kusztos said: “Italy is a mature, regulated market and we’re making good on our promise to bring the best of social to real money gaming, which makes us a really good fit for such territories.

“Certainly, Italian gamers can expect the rock-solid performance, slick user interface and compelling themes we’ve become known for.”

When pressed on what made the Italian market an ideal destination for Kalamba, he pinpointed that much of the online market within the country has a background in the land-based sector, given that many online operators run betting shops.

He added: “This will give us a good insight into what this slightly different player segment likes to play. The breadth and depth of the Kalamba portfolio – our 50th game is coming this year – means that we really can cater for all demographics, starting with our first batch of titles.”

It’s an idea that has long been toyed with but we’ve yet to see anyone execute it at significant scale”

As part of the agreement with Blox, Kalamba’s ever growing portfolio of titles, including Sky Hunters, Joker Max, Beers on Reels, Wild Mine and Temple of Heroes, will be added to Blox’s igaming platform and made available to the provider’s network in Italy.

Furthermore, the agreement enables Kalamba to further develop Bullseye, its own RGS platform, globally. This provides partners, such as Blox, with access to the group’s range of promotional tools, along with direct access to key parts of its catalogue of games.

Commenting on Bullseye, Kusztos explained: “At Kalamba we always like to innovate, so Bullseye is a real opportunity for us to develop our range of promo tools so that players can get even more out of our games.

“For example, coming soon is Jackpots, which will be our own unique take on a classic gaming feature. Over time, the vision is for it to become the go-to for the industry both in slot content and gamification tools.”

Casting its eye towards the next 12 months for the Italian market, Kusztos highlight that, with the recent acquisition between Evolution Gaming and NetEnt, he is ‘sure’ that live and slot crossovers will be an area that will be ‘interesting’ to watch and could ‘push’ slot innovations forward.

He continued: “It’s an idea that has long been toyed with but we’ve yet to see anyone execute it at significant scale. Given the ban on above-the-line advertising in Italy, this kind of activity is really one to watch.”

When asked what the company is looking forward to the most at SBC Digital Italy, Kusztos concluded: “We’re obviously really looking forward to connecting with the key players of the slots industry in Italy, to explore and share information with each other and as ever, you can expect the same engaging and disruptive innovations in slots that we do here at Kalamba.”
