IGT and Evolution dominated the US games charts in the latest Eilers-Fantini report into online casino performance.

The two studios competed for top spots across top games by GGR charts, top slots, new game rankings and in the supplier charts within Eilers & Krejcik’s November report.

Meanwhile, Games Global, Pragmatic Play and Light & Wonder (L&W) competed with the US’ two top performers to aim for top spot in the Canadian supplier charts.

US round-up

For yet another month, IGT’s Cash Eruption slot has continued to remain at the top of Eilers-Fantini’s top slots by GGR charts. The title’s portion of GGR remained at 2.88%, after rising from 2.7 to the current figure between August and October.

Last month’s third-place finisher in the GGR charts, Buffalo from Aristocrat, rose from third to second, although its GGR share dropped from 1.68% to 1.48%.

Live Dealer Lightning Roulette from Evolution shot into the top three after not appearing in the top 10 last month, taking third with a 1.46% GGR share. Meanwhile, IGT’s Blackjack title and Evolution’s Live Dealer Crazy Time secured fourth and fifth place finishes with 1.39% and 1.37%, respectively.

From the top games per GGR, 17 were slot titles, three were table games and five were live casino titles, with no video poker games making the top 25 for just the third time this year.

Proving its dominance once again, Cash Eruption remained in pole position in the top games overall charts, while last month’s eighth-place finisher, Crazy Time from Evolution, hopped into second, replacing IGT’s Blackjack title which dropped to third.

While Evolution’s Live Dealer Lightning Roulette kept its fifth-place finish, the studio’s Live Dealer Crazy Time title flew into fourth after placing 12th last month.

As a result, the top five was made up of three Evolution games and two IGT titles – with the Crazy Time series appearing twice.

Only one new title made it into the top 10, as Mystery of the Lamp Treasure Oasis from IGT PlayDigital secured seventh.

These changes caused a slight shift for last month’s top five finishers, as Capital Gains from AGS fell from fourth to eighth and Gamecode’s Triple Stones dropped from third to ninth.

IGT also had another good month when it came to the top slots charts, as while Cash Eruption typically kept its first-place finish, the studio’s Mystery of the Lamp Treasure Oasis finished in second place as a new ranking.

This caused Gamecode’s Triple Stones title to fall from its second-place finish, with the title dropping past Capital Gains in third – the position it finished in October – to fourth.

Light & Wonder’s Doctor Reactive Mega Drop Low flew into fifth to round out the top five, climbing 16 places after finishing 21st in October.

For the second month in a row, 12 suppliers were represented in the top slots charts. Light & Wonder, Evolution, Aristocrat, Reel Play, Everi, Inspired and Games Global each had at least one slot appearing in the top 25.

A majority of new rankings and shifting slots from October’s top 10 made up the top new game rankings, with 1×2 gaming’s new ranking 3 Porky Banks Hold and Win pipping Mystery of the Lamp Treasure Oasis to the post.

This caused Gamecode’s Triple Stones to finally lose its position at the top of the pile, dropping into third as Playtech’s Breaking Bad Collect Em and Link took fourth as a new ranking.

Furthermore, Bankin More Bacon from White Hat Studios rounded out the top five as a new ranking.

7s Fire Blitz from White Hat took sixth after falling from September’s third place, while Lucky Bonanza Cash Spree, a new ranking from Games Global, placed seventh.

Two more new rankings, The Walking Dead Collect Em from Playtech and Games Global’s Immortal Romance 2, took eighth and ninth place respectively, while White Hat Studios’ Lightning Gold rounded out the top 10 by climbing from 19th place last month.

As per usual, each game that appeared in the top 25 new games was a slot release.

Evolution led the supplier charts for another month, securing the largest portion of GGR share with 18% (October: 18%). IGT and L&W also kept their positions in the supplier charts with 17% (October: 17.4%) and approximately 13.4% (October: 13.4%), respectively.

Meanwhile, Games Global regained some of the percentage points it lost last month when it dropped from 8.4% to 7.4%, rising back up to 7.8%, while White Hat gained some traction by coming in with 6.1% (October: 5.6%).

In terms of total games tracked, slots remained the dominant segment with a total of 91.4%, ahead of table games which stood at 3.3%.

Instant win was next with 2.3%, just ahead of live casino’s 1.4%, video poker’s 0.9%, lottery’s 0.4% and bingo/keno’s 0.2%.

Mobile recorded the highest percentage of theoretical win generated per vertical with 72%, followed by desktop at 27.1% and tablet at 0.8%.

The latest US Eilers-Fantini report examined data from Michigan, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Connecticut across 28 online casino sites and 67,740 games, representing around 64% of the US market.

Canada figures

Eilers & Krejcik’s Canadian report continues to provide statistics on the nation’s online casino industry, covering nine online casino sites to track 18,105 games across five provinces.

Yet again, IGT’s Cash Eruption kept its position atop Canada’s most-played games by GGR chart, but with a slight drop in GGR share to 2.03% (September: 2.09%).

For consecutive months, the slot gained a considerable portion of the GGR share compared to the rest of the competition, more than doubling IGT’s Cleopatra title, which climbed from third to second with a 0.91% GGR.

Last month’s second-place finisher, Live Dealer Roulette by Evolution, dropped into third with a 0.86% GGR share, followed by Light & Wonder’s The Godfather slot which had a 0.83% GGR share.

Wish Upon a Star from Greentube, came in fifth with a 0.75% GGR share.

Despite dropping considerably in GGR share, IGT remained ahead of L&W in the Canadian supplier charts, claiming a 15.6% GGR share (October: 17.1%) which pipped L&W’s 13.48% (October: 15.42%).

Games Global just beat Evolution to third, claiming 12.22% of GGR (October: 11.99%). Evolution’s GGR share stood at 11.51%, rising slightly from last month’s 11.4%.

Pragmatic Play remained in fifth with a 10.39% GGR share, a slight increase on last month’s 10.27%.

September’s Eilers-Fantini report has been published, with many studios witnessing consistent performance across North America over the past month.

One firm that may have cause to celebrate after looking at Eilers & Krejcik’s Canadian report is Light & Wonder, after the studio shot to the top of the supplier charts to knock IGT and Evolution out of their usual top two places.

Meanwhile, the US charts witnessed another month of strong performance from IGT’s fireball-themed slot release as Cash Eruption outperformed the competition in several verticals.

US figures

It was another resilient month for IGT’s Cash Eruption slot in September as the title sat atop the top slots by GGR charts, though it lost a portion of GGR share which came in at 2.7%, dropping from August’s 3.09%.

Evolution’s Live Dealer Roulette leapfrogged the competition to claim second place, taking a 1.57% GGR share (August: 1.07%), while Aristocrat’s Buffalo slot dropped one place to round out the top three with 1.45% (August: 1.56%).

IGT and Evolution both featured in the top five once more, with the former’s Blackjack table game falling from third place to fourth with 1.14% (August: 1.34%).

Evolution’s Live Dealer Baccarat came in fifth place with a 1% share of GGR, rising from August’s sixth place with 1.03%.

From the top games per GGR, 15 were slot titles, three were table games and six were live casino titles, with no video poker games making the top 25 for just the second time this year.

While Gamecode’s recent Triple Stones slot release stormed its way to the top of the overall games charts last month, Cash Eruption reclaimed its usual perch in September, knocking the former down to second place.

Live Dealer Lightning Roulette from Evolution and IGT’s Blackjack traded places this month, placing third and fourth respectively. As did Evolution’s Crazy Time title with Capital Gains from AGS, placing fifth and sixth respectively.

The remainder of the top 10 titles were shaken up completely as Live Dealer Roulette from Evolution rose from 18th place to seventh, while the studio’s Live Dealer Baccarat title climbed from 14th place to eighth, Craps by Internal rose to ninth from 15th and 88 Fortunes from Light & Wonder dropped from eight to 10th place.

Looking at the top slot charts, Cash Eruption, Triple Stones and Capital Gains made up the top three in that order, while 88 Fortunes rose from fifth to fourth and last month’s 10th place finisher Hypernova Megaways from Reel Play rounded out the top five.

Overall, 12 suppliers were represented in the top slot charts, with Reel Play, Aristocrat, Greentube, Everi, Games Global, Inspired and DWG all featuring at least once.

For the new game rankings, five of the top 10 were new rankings for the second month in a row as completely new releases continued to perform strongly in September.

Triple Stones remained in top spot, while Games Global’s Dark Waters Power Combo shot from eight place to second. 3x Ultra Diamond from AGS fell to fourth as new ranking Djinnis Arabian Riches, another title from Games Global, took third and Cash Machine Jackpots from Everi climbed 182 places to place fifth.

Gamecode’s Super Boom Boom Boom, 333 Fat Frogs Power Combo from Games Global, two new rankings, Prosperity Link Wan Shi Ru Yi from IGT, AGS’ Rakin Bacon Sahara and Fortune Mint Fu Gui You Yu from Konami, another two new rankings, rounded out the top 10 in that order.

For yet another month, each game that appeared in the top 25 new game rankings was a slot title, providing more evidence for the vertical’s dominance in the US.

While Evolution and IGT kept their places as the top two brands in the supplier charts, each company saw their share of GGR drop for the second month in a row.

Evolution dropped from August’s 18.1% to 17.9%, while IGT fell for consecutive months from 17% to 16.2%.

Despite dropping in GGR share last month, Light & Wonder regained some of those losses as its percentage of GGR share rose to 13.4% from 13.3%.

Although smaller studios took home a higher GGR share last month as a result of the big three dropping points, Games Global fell to 8.4% from August’s 9.5% and Inspired dropped from 2.6% to 2.4%.

As per usual, slots remained the dominant segment for total games tracked, with a total of 91.5%, ahead of table games which stands at 3.4%.

Instant win was next with 2.1%, slightly ahead of live casino’s 1.4%, video poker’s 0.9 per cent, lottery’s 0.4% and bingo/keno’s 0.3%.

Mobile recorded the highest percentage of theoretical win generated per vertical with 72.1%, followed by desktop at 26.9% and tablet at 1%.

The latest US Eilers-Fantini report examined data from Michigan, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Connecticut across 28 online casino sites, tracking 65,422 games to represent around 64% of the US market.

Canada stats

Eilers & Krejcik’s Canadian report continues to provide statistics on the nation’s online casino industry, covering nine online casino sites to track 10,686 games across five provinces.

Cash Eruption kept its position atop Canada’s top games by GGR chart for another month with 2.09% GGR share (August: 2.12%).

The slot gained a considerable portion of GGR share compared to the rest of the competition, more than doubling IGT’s Cleopatra slot which finished in second place with 1.02% (August: 1.03%).

After placing fifth in the August report, Everi’s Cash Machine title rose to third place with 0.9% (August: 0.79%), while Live Dealer Roulette fell from third to take fourth place with 0.83% GGR share (August: 1.34%).

Despite not securing a position in the top 10 games by GGR last month, IGT’s Big City 5s slot showed strong performance across September to round out the top five with 0.67% GGR share.

Similarly to the previous month, the top five suppliers by percentage of theoretical win were shaken up once again as Light & Wonder shot to the top of the rankings after finishing in fourth place in August.

The studio secured pole position with a 16.64% share of theoretical win, storming past IGT and Evolution which claimed 15.87% and 12.11%, respectively.

Games Global dropped into fourth as a result of Light & Wonder’s performance, claiming 11.99%, while Pragmatic Play took fifth place with 10.81%.

The three leading suppliers in the US Eilers-Fantini charts – IGT, Evolution and Light & Wonder – each dropped points in August as a larger share of revenue was claimed by smaller studios.

The US charts saw each supplier gain a lower share of revenue compared to July’s reporting, while a number of new rankings dominated the new top games charts and the top three games by gross gaming revenue remained exactly the same.

Meanwhile, the Canadian Eilers-Fantini report saw Games Global overtake Pragmatic Play in the supplier charts for the first time as several of the studio’s slots breached the top 25 in several categories.

US stats

As aforementioned, the top slots by GGR charts witnessed robust performances from July’s top three games, as IGT’s slot Cash Eruption, Buffalo by Aristocrat and Blackjack, a table game also from IGT, kept their positions at the top of the table.

However, each title did drop in terms of GGR share, as Cash Eruption dropped from July’s 3.19% to 3.09%, Buffalo fell from 1.65% to 1.56% and Blackjack claimed 1.34%, after claiming 1.51% in July.

Rounding out the top five was another title from IGT, Prosperity Link Wan Shi Ru Yi, which burst into the top 10 as a new ranking to gain 1.23% of recorded GGR. Evolution’s Live Dealer Roulette also kept its place while dropping slightly in GGR share, coming in fifth with 1.07% (July: 1.08%).

From the top games per GGR, 16 were slot titles, three were table games and five were live casino titles, with no video poker games making the top 25 for the first time this year.

Gamecode’s recent Triple Stones slot release stormed its way to the top of the overall games charts as a new ranking, knocking Cash Eruption from its usual perch in July down to second place.

Meanwhile, the top 10 titles were shaken up completely as Blackjack from IGT rose from fourth to third, Live Dealer Lighting Roulette climbed from sixth to fourth and Capital Gains by AGS dropped from third to fifth.

Mining Loaded Pots from Games Global performed significantly well across August to rise from 38th place in July to sixth, while Light & Wonder’s 88 Fortunes, 3x Ultra Diamond by AGS – dropping from July’s fifth place finish – Prosperity Link Wan Shi Ru Yi and Doctor Reactive Mega Drop Low from Light & Wonder made up the rest of the top 10, in that order.

Moving onto the top slot charts, Triple Stones, Cash Eruption and Capital Gains made up the top three, respectively, and Mining Loaded Pots climbed from 28th place to fourth. Light & Wonder claimed fifth place with 88 Fortunes.

Overall, 14 suppliers were represented in the top slot charts, with Reel Play, Aristocrat, Greentube, Everi, High 5 Games, Inspired, White Hat Studios and Bragg Gaming Group all featuring at least once.

For the new game rankings, five of the top 10 were completely new rankings with August proving to be a strong month for recent releases. July saw only two new rankings within the top new games chart.

New ranking Triple Stones claimed top spot as expected, while Mining Loaded Pots climbed from 11th to second. 3x Ultra Diamond and new rankings Prosperity Link Wan Shi Ru Yi and Pacific Gold from ELK Studios made up the rest of the top five.

Light & Wonder’s Thundering Blaze, another new ranking, Mr Pigg E Bank and Dark Waters, Inspired’s Big Piggy Bank and Almighty Buffalo King from White Hat Studios, again a new ranking, rounded out the top 10 in that order.

Once again, each game that appeared in the top 25 new game rankings was a slot title, proving the vertical’s dominance in the US.

While Evolution, IGT and Light & Wonder kept their places as the top three brands in the supplier charts, each company saw their share of GGR drop.

Evolution fell from July’s 18.4% to 18.1%, IGT dropped for consecutive months from 17.4% to 17% and Light & Wonder fell to 13.3% from 13.4%.

This, in turn, saw smaller studios take a higher share of the GGR, with Games Global rising to 9.5% (July: 8.6%), Inspired climbing to 2.6% (July: 2.4%) and AGS reaching 4.8% (July: 4.5%).

As per usual, slots remained the dominant segment for total games tracked, with a total of 91.6%, ahead of table games which stands at 3.5%.

Instant win was next with 1.9%, slightly ahead of live casino’s 1.5%, video poker’s 0.9 per cent, lottery’s 0.3% and bingo/keno’s 0.2%.

Mobile recorded the highest percentage of theoretical win generated per vertical with 72.1%, followed by desktop at 26.9% and tablet at 1%.

The latest US Eilers-Fantini report examined data from Michigan, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Connecticut across 28 online casino sites, tracking 62,875 games to represent around 64% of the US market.

Canada performance

Eilers & Krejcik’s Canadian report continues to provide statistics on the nation’s online casino industry, covering nine online casino sites to track 9,745 games across five provinces.

Similarly to the US, Cash Eruption kept its position atop Canada’s top games by GGR chart with 2.12% GGR share (July: 1.98%). However, Live Dealer Roulette from Evolution clinched second place with 1.34% GGR (July: 1.12%), leapfrogging Cleopatra which fell to third with 1.03% (July: 1.14%).

Evolution also took fourth place with Live Dealer Blackjack, while Everi’s Cash Machine remained in fifth place, with 0.85% and 0.79%, respectively.

While Canada’s top two suppliers stayed in the same positions as July, with IGT claiming top spot with 17.18% of theoretical win and Evolution taking second with 14.8%, the rest of the top five each took new positions on the supplier leaderboards.

Last month, Pragmatic Play (July: 11.88%) took third place, followed by Light & Wonder (July: 11.03) and Games Global (July: 8.55%) in fourth and fifth positions, respectively.

Yet, each supplier claimed a new spot in the charts as Games Global flew into third place with 11.64%, narrowly beating Light & Wonder’s 11.59%. Pragmatic Play fell into fifth place with 11.06%.

The Eilers-Fantini report into online casino statistics across North America saw Evolution reclaim its lead in the supplier charts for July.

IGT did, however, manage to remain at the top of the supplier pile in the Canada report, striding ahead of Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Light & Wonder as Eilers & Krejcik Gaming’s research continues to expand across North America.

US performance

Continuing a long-standing trend, IGT’s Cash Eruption slot finished first in the top games by GGR charts for the US, claiming a sizable 3.19 per cent of GGR share (June: 3.02 per cent).

Yet, the supplier’s Blackjack table game, which had previously secured second place for four consecutive months, could only claim third place in July’s edition.

This was due to Anaxi’s Buffalo slot climbing from third place into second, claiming 1.65 per cent GGR share (June: 1.68 per cent) compared to Blackjack’s 1.51 per cent (June: 1.9 per cent).

A new ranking from AGS shot straight into the top five games by GGR this month as 3x Ultra Diamond secured fourth place with 1.27 per cent GGR share. This was then followed by Evolution’s Live Dealer Roulette, which kept the same fifth place finish as last month with a 1.08 per cent share.

From the top 25 games per GGR, 16 were slot titles, four were table games, five were live casino titles and one video poker game was included.

July’s top games overall charts witnessed another blend of stable performers and new rankings make-up the top five, as Cash Eruption secured first place for another consecutive month while a new ranking from Games Global, Fish Em Up, claimed second place.

Capital Gains, a slot from AGS, rose from fourth to third, IGT’s Blackjack slid down once again to claim fourth place after having finished second consistently in previous months.

Another new ranking rounded out the top five as 3x Ultra Diamond from AGS proved itself as a top-performer once again to clinch the fifth place finish.

Live Dealer Lightning Roulette from Evolution, Games Global’s Gold Blitz Extreme, Internal’s Craps, Secrets of the Forest by High 5 Games and 88 Fortunes from Light & Wonder made up the rest of the top ten, in that order.

Looking at the slot-specific charts, Cash Eruption secured first place for another consecutive month while Fish Em Up claimed second place in this chart too.

Capital Gains dropped from its second place finish last month down to third place, 3x Ultra Diamond took fourth place and Gold Blitz Extreme climbed 19 places to take fifth place (June: 24th).

Within the top 25 slots, 13 suppliers were represented as High 5 Games, Light & Wonder, Reel Play, Aristocrat, Inspired, Gamecode, Everi, Evolution, Bragg Gaming Group and White Hat Studios each placed at least once.

In another sign of dominance for AGS’ 3x Ultra Diamond slot, the game came first in the US charts for new games overall, beating Gold Blitz Extreme to the post, which itself climbed from 10th place last month to finish second.

In corresponding order, Rakin Bacon Odyssey from AGS, Mr Pigg E Bank – a new ranking from Games Global, and Cashpile from Gamecode (June: third) made up the rest of the top five.

Last month’s highest-ranking new game, Gamecode’s Boom Boom Boom, was nowhere to be found in the top 25 for July, while June’s second placed Dark Waters Power Combo from Games Global fell out of the top ten to place 12th.

For yet another month, each game that appeared in the top 25 new game rankings was a slot title, proving the vertical’s dominance in the US.

Evolution, as aforementioned, reclaimed its usual position atop the supplier charts with 18.4 per cent share of GGR, a 0.5 per cent increase from the 17.9 per cent it gained in June.

IGT was knocked from its short-lived perch as its share of GGR dropped by 0.9 per cent from June’s 18.3 to 17.4 per cent. Light & Wonder claimed its expected third place with 13.4 per cent (June: 13.9 per cent).

Again, the only supplier to come slightly close to the top three was Games Global, which saw its GGR rise slightly, coming in at 8.6 per cent (June: 8.4 per cent).

Slots remained the dominant segment for total games tracked, with a total percentage of 91.7, ahead of table games which stands at 3.5 per cent.

Instant win was up next with 1.8 per cent, slightly ahead of live casino’s 1.5 per cent, video poker’s 0.8 per cent and the 0.3 per cent shared between bingo/keno and lottery segments.

Mobile recorded the highest percentage of theoretical win generated per vertical with 71.5 per cent, followed by desktop at 27.3 per cent and tablet at 1.2 per cent.

The latest US Eilers-Fantini report examined data from Michigan, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Connecticut across 28 online casino sites, tracking 60,627 games to represent around 64 per cent of the US market.

Canada round-up

Eilers & Krejcik’s Canadian report continues to provide statistics on the nation’s online casino industry, covering nine online casino sites to track 9,520 games across five provinces.

Once again, Cash Eruption led the way in Canada’s top games by GGR charts as well as the US, retaining its first place with a 1.98 per cent share of the total theoretical win (June: 1.95 per cent).

Again, similarly to the previous month, Cash Eruption was followed by another IGT slot, as Cleopatra came in second place with 1.14 per cent GGR share (June: 1.3 per cent), while Live Dealer Roulette from Evolution finished slightly behind to claim third with 1.12 per cent.

IGT’s Blackjack and Cash Machine by Everi rounded out the top five, with 1.06 and 0.95 per cent, respectively.

Signalling another strong month in Canada, IGT led the supplier charts with 18.29 per cent of theoretical win (June: 19.3 per cent).

The leading supplier was followed by Evolution with 13.63 per cent (June: 14.2 per cent), Pragmatic Play with 11.88 per cent (June: 12.09 per cent) and Light & Wonder with 11.03 per cent (June: 10.64 per cent).

IGT leapfrogged over Evolution to reach the pinnacle of the supplier charts in June’s Eilers-Fantini report looking into US igaming performance.

Although the two suppliers have been almost neck-and-neck atop the ‘top suppliers by GGR’ charts, and with both studios boasting several leading titles in the ‘top games by GGR’ charts, June marks the first month in 2024 where IGT has led the pack.

IGT also made it two-for-two in the top supplier rankings, as the Eilers-Fantini Canada report revealed the statistics behind slot performance in Ontario and other Canadian provinces for the month.

US performance

For yet another month, IGT’s Cash Eruption slot and Blackjack table game, placing first and second respectively, and Anaxi’s Buffalo slot held their places as the top three games by GGR in the US.

Evolution’s Live Dealer Roulette title also remained in fifth place but did fall short of IGT’s Blackjack Surrender title in fourth, rising from seventh position in May’s charts.

The rest of the top 10 for this category included IGT’s Cleopatra, Games Global’s Rising Rewards, 88 Fortunes by Light & Wonder, Reel Play’s Hypernova Megaways and Evolution’s Live Dealer Blackjack, dropping six places after placing fourth in the previous month.

From the top 25 games per GGR, 14 were slot titles, five were table games, five were live casino titles and one video poker game was included.

Looking at the top games overall charts, the top five represented a mix of stability and high climbers. While IGT’s Cash Eruption and Blackjack games remained in first and second place, Internal’s Craps title jumped from fourth to third and Capital Gains by AGS lept from fifth to fourth.

To round out the top five, High 5 GamesSecrets of the Forest completed an astonishing feat of rising 1,090 places in June, placing fifth after having placed 1,095th in May.

88 Fortunes, Live Dealer Lightning Roulette from Evolution, Rising Rewards, Evolution’s Live Dealer Speed Baccarat and The Goonies Hey You Guys by White Hat Studios made up the rest of the top ten, with the latter performing significantly well as a new ranking.

For the slot-specific charts, Cash Eruption secured first place for consecutive months, while AGS’ Capital Gains did the same to place second.

Secrets of the Forest unsurprisingly climbed an impressive number of places in the slot charts too, placing third after coming in 973rd place last month.

Back to showcasing stability, 88 Fortunes from L&W secured fourth place for consecutive months, while Rising Rewards from Games Global rose from ninth to fifth.

Within the top 25 slots, 13 suppliers were represented as Greentube, Anaxi, Reel Play, Gamecode, Everi, Evolution, Bragg Gaming Group and White Hat Studios each placed at least once.

For the new game rankings overall, Gamecode’s Boom Boom Boom slot secured pole position for a second-straight month and a new ranking from Games Global – Dark Waters Power Combo – clinched second place.

In corresponding order, Cashpile from Gamecode, Coin Combo Explosion Jackpot Festival from L&W and Buffalo Gold Collection by Anaxi made up the rest of the top five.

Once again, each game that appeared in the top 25 new game rankings was a slot title, proving the vertical’s dominance in the US.

As aforementioned, IGT knocked Evolution from its perch atop the supplier charts, topping the pile with an 18.3 per cent share of GGR, a one per cent increase from the 17.3 per cent it gained in May.

Evolution came in second with 17.9 per cent GGR share (May: 17.9 per cent), while Light & Wonder kept its usual third place with 13.9 per cent (May: 13.8 per cent).

As the only supplier to come slightly close to the top three, Games Global’s GGR share declined for a second straight month, coming in at 8.4 per cent (May: 9.2 per cent).

Slots remained the dominant segment for total games tracked, with a total percentage of 91.7, ahead of table games which stands at 3.6 per cent.

Instant win was up next with 1.7 per cent, slightly ahead of live casino’s 1.4 per cent, video poker’s 0.9 per cent and the 0.3 per cent shared between bingo/keno and lottery segments.

Mobile recorded the highest percentage of theoretical win generated per vertical with 70.4 per cent, followed by desktop at 28.1 per cent and tablet at 1.6 per cent.

The latest US Eilers-Fantini report examined data from Michigan, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Connecticut across 30 online casino sites, tracking 59,500 games to represent around 64 per cent of the US market.

Canada round-up

The researchers’ Canadian report continues to provide statistics on the nation’s online casino industry, covering nine online casino sites to track 16,178 games across five provinces.

Yet again, Cash Eruption led the way in Canada’s top games by GGR charts as well as the US, retaining its first place with a 1.95 per cent share of the total theoretical win.

Cash Eruption was followed by another IGT slot, as Cleopatra came in second place with 1.3 per cent, while Inspired’s Big Piggy Bank dropped from second place in May to third, with 1.1 per cent.

Pragmatic Play’s Sweet Bonanza and IGT’s Blackjack title rounded out the top five, with 1.09 and 1.03 per cent respectively.

In what has been an impressive month for IGT across a majority of metrics, the supplier topped Canada’s supplier charts, gaining 19.3 per cent of the theoretical win (May: 17.09 per cent).

Evolution placed second with 14.2 per cent (May: 14.87 per cent) and Pragmatic Play recovered slightly after dropping from first place to fourth in May, placing third with 12.09 per cent (11.6 per cent). Light & Wonder dropped from third to fourth with 10.64 per cent (May: 11.46 per cent).

IGT narrowed the GGR gap between itself and Evolution as the latest statistics on online casino performance in the US were revealed in Eilers-Fantini’s April report.

Games Global was another top performer, with some of its games climbing over 100 places to take prime positions in several charts.

Once again, the report was published alongside stats from the Canadian igaming sector as the researchers’ Canada Online Game Performance Report continues to expand its research.

US revenue watch

Three games cemented their position at the pinnacle of the top games by GGR chart, with IGT’s Cash Eruption slot and Blackjack table game keeping hold of first and second place, followed by Anaxi’s consecutive third place finish with online slot Buffalo

Cash Eruption and Blackjack secured 2.62 and 1.98 per cent of GGR across the month, respectively, while Buffalo came in at 1.79 per cent.

Signalling the developer’s third title within the top five, IGT’s Cleopatra slot rose from fifth to fourth with 1.12 per cent while Live Dealer Roulette from Evolution placed fifth (1.08 per cent GGR).

Light & Wonder’s 88 Fortunes was the only title that made up the rest of the top 10 to have placed within the top 10 for March, as table game American Roulette from Internal (0.99 per cent) and Games Global’s slot Rising Rewards (0.96 per cent) came sixth and seventh. 88 Fortunes came eight with 0.93 per cent.

The top 10 was rounded out by ninth placed Blackjack Surrender from IGT with 0.92 per cent and Live Dealer Lightning Roulette from Evolution with 0.89 per cent.

Within the top 25 games by GGR, slots represented the strongest-performing format with 16 titles, with five live casino and four table games making up the remaining titles.

On the other hand, the top games overall charts saw a complete overhaul this month, as March’s top game – Blackjack from IGT – was forced down to fifth place.

In its place, Internal’s American Roulette title topped the pile, climbing from ninth to first, while the same studio’s Craps game secured second place, climbing from seventh place.

Cash Eruption, IGT’s slot that finished second last month, took third place, while an astonishing 184 places were climbed by Games Global’s Gold Blitz Extreme slot, taking fourth place from its previous finish of 188th.

In the slots charts, IGT’s Cash Eruption remained in first place, while Games Global’s Gold Blitz Extreme took another giant leap, securing second place after a 144th place finish last month.

Making up the rest of the top five were Games Global’s new ranking, Rising Rewards, which came in third place followed by Capital Gains from AGS, falling to fourth from last month’s second place.

Light & Wonder’s 88 Fortunes also dropped several places, coming in at fifth after last month’s third place finish.

Similarly to the March report, 11 studios were represented in the top slot charts, with GreentubePlaytechReel PlayAnaxiSpinberry, Evolution and Everi all included in the top 25.

Unsurprisingly, Gold Blitz Extreme topped the pile in the new game rankings, gaining the lead after only coming in 39th the previous month.

The slot was followed by a new ranking from Greentube, Piggy Prizes Wand of Riches, in second place and last month’s leader, Anaxi’s Buffalo Gold Collection, in third.

Two new rankings from Light & Wonder completed the top five for new games, with Thundering Gorilla and Blazing 777 Triple Double Jackpot Wild coming in fourth and fifth, respectively.

For yet another consecutive month, slots were the dominant vertical in the new games charts, with all of the top 25 games being slot titles.

Evolution sat on top of the supplier charts with 17.9 per cent of GGR, a slight drop on last month’s 19.5 per cent, with IGT and Light & Wonder taking their usual sports in second and third with 17.1 and 14.3 per cent, respectively.

Evolution’s tracked portfolio is 85.7 per cent slots, with IGT’s 86.1 per cent and Light & Wonder’s 90.7 per cent slots.

While it remained in fourth place, Games Global gained some footing on the big three suppliers, rising from March’s 9.9 per cent of GGR to 10.6 per cent. The group’s tracked portfolio is 100 per cent slots.

Slots remained the dominant segment when looking at the total games tracked, with a total percentage of 91.6, ahead of table games which stands at 3.5 per cent.

Instant win games were up next with 1.8 per cent, ahead of live casino’s 1.7 per cent, video poker’s 0.9 per cent, the 0.3 per cent from bingo/keno and 0.2 per cent from lottery.

Mobile recorded 70.1 per cent for the highest percentage of theoretical win generated, beating desktop’s 28.7 per cent and tablet’s 1.2 per cent.

This latest analysis examined data from Michigan, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Connecticut across 30 online casino sites, tracking 54,678 games to represent around 64 per cent of the US market.

Canadian performance

Eilers-Fantini’s Canadian analysis continues to grow as the report now covers statistics from 10 online casino sites, tracking 16,057 games across five provinces.

In top games by GGR charts for Canada, IGT’s Cash Eruption title took first place yet again, securing 1.74 per cent of GGR, followed by the same two Pragmatic Play slots in Sweet Bonanza and Sugar Rush that also came in second and third place last month, with 1.29 and 1.15 per cent, respectively.

Coming in at fourth place, and ensuring that the top four titles remained the same as in last month’s report, was IGT’s Cleopatra with 1.12 per cent. IGT also claimed fifth place with its Blackjack game, gaining 1.1 per cent of GGR.

Screenshot 2024 04 24 at 14.28.33

While the Canada report usually sees IGT and Pragmatic Play fight closely for the top spot in the supplier charts, IGT showed strides to take top place with 17.03 per cent of GGR.

Meanwhile, Pragmatic Play was close to having second place taken from it, as Evolution’s third place finish with 14.83 per cent GGR came close to the slot developer’s 14.96 per cent.

Newly-ranked games from the likes of High 5 Games and White Hat Studios stormed towards the top of the new game ranks in Eilers-Fantini’s March report.

On the other hand, the top games by gross gaming revenue stayed somewhat the same as February, as did the supplier charts with Games Global closely rivalling the ever-present big three suppliers – Evolution, IGT and Light & Wonder

Meanwhile, the research firm’s recently-launched Canadian report continues to grow, revealing a neck-and-neck finish between Pragmatic Play and IGT for the supplier top spot.

US performance

We kick off March’s Eilers-Fantini breakdown with the usual top games by GGR chart, which saw almost every game in last month’s top 10 games make up the top 10 once again, albeit in different positions.

IGT’s Blackjack and Cash Eruption switched places at the very top of the chart for March, with Cash Eruption taking top place with a 2.71 per cent share of GGR and Blackjack following up in second with 2.45 per cent.

Anaxi’s online version of its popular Buffalo title continued to prove itself as a top-performer after securing consecutive third place finishes, coming in with 1.89 per cent of GGR share.

This was followed by the only game to break into the top 10, with Games Global’s Fire and Roses Joker taking fourth position with 1.18 per cent of GGR. IGT’s Cleopatra title rose from February’s seventh place finish to round out the top five in March.

Within the top 25 games by GGR, slots represented the strongest-performing format with 16 titles, with five live casino, three table games and one video poker title making up the rest.

Looking at the table for top-performing games overall, IGT’s Blackjack continues to cement its position in first place, while Cash Eruption secured second once again.

Some slight movement was seen in the remainder of the top five, as Evolution’s Live Dealer Speed Baccarat leapfrogged over AGSCapital Gains slot to take its third place, with the latter settling for fourth place.

Finishing off the top five was Live Dealer Lightning Roulette from Evolution, which climbed one place from sixth to fifth due to Games Global’s Blazing Bison Gold Blitz falling considerably from last month’s fifth place down to eighteenth place.

This title had also taken a considerable hit in the games by GGR charts as it was the only title not to make the top 10 for consecutive months, falling from fourth to tenth place with a GGR percentage drop from 1.36 per cent to 0.92 per cent.

In the slots-focused charts, IGT’s Cash Eruption and AGS’ Capital Gains slots remained in first and second place respectively, while 88 Fortunes from Light & Wonder rose from fourth place to third, thanks to another drop off from Blazing Bison Gold Blitz, which fell from third to tenth.

Making up the rest of the top five slots was Jin Ji Bao Xi Endless Treasure from Light & Wonder, climbing from seventh to fourth, and IGT’s Cleopatra which climbed ten places from 15 to five.

Studio representation dropped slightly across March, as while 12 suppliers made up February’s top 25 slots chart, March saw only 11 suppliers represented with High 5 Games, Playtech, Reel Play, Greentube and White Hat Studios all appearing.

Looking into the new game rankings, the top two titles stayed solidified in their places as Anaxi’s Buffalo Gold Collection and AGS’ Platinum 8x8x8x game in first and second place, respectively.

A new ranking from IGT took the bronze medal for new titles in Wheel of Fortune Gold Spin Triple Red Hot 7s, pushing last month’s third place finisher Games Global’s Fishin Pots of Gold Gold Blitz down to fourth.

This was then followed by another new ranking as High 5 Games rounded out the top five with its latest East-Asian slot release, 88 Drums, which finished just ahead of another new ranking, White Hat Studios’ branded Peaky Blinders Jackpot Royale

For yet another consecutive month, slots were the dominant vertical in the new games charts, with all of the top 25 games being slot titles.

As per usual, Evolution sat on top of the supplier charts with 19.5 per cent of GGR, with IGT and Light & Wonder taking their usual sports in second and third with 17.6 and 14.6 per cent, respectively.

While it remained in fourth place, Games Global gained some footing on the big three suppliers, rising from February’s 9.7 per cent of GGR to 9.9 per cent.

Meanwhile, Evolution’s tracked portfolio is 85.6 per cent slots, with IGT’s 86 per cent and Light & Wonder’s 90.5 per cent slots.

Once again, slots remained the dominant segment when looking at the total games tracked, with a total percentage of 91.6, ahead of table games which stands at 3.5 per cent.

Instant win games were up next with 1.9 per cent, ahead of live casino’s 1.7 per cent, video poker’s 0.9 per cent and the 0.2 per cent from both lottery and bingo/keno.

Mobile recorded 69.8 per cent for the highest percentage of theoretical win generated, beating desktop’s 29.2 per cent and tablet’s one per cent.

This latest analysis examined data from Michigan, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Connecticut across 30 online casino sites, tracking 51,818 games to represent around 64 per cent of the US market.

Canada statistics

Eilers-Fantini’s Canadian analysis continues to grow as the report now covers statistics from 10 online casino sites, tracking 10,080 games across five provinces.

Looking at the Canadian top games by GGR charts, IGT’s Cash Eruption title took first place with 1.62 per cent of GGR, followed by two Pragmatic Play slots in Sweet Bonanza and Sugar Rush which came in second and third place respectively with 1.51 and 1.13 per cent.

IGT’s Cleopatra title claimed fourth place with 1.05 per cent GGR while last month’s first place finisher, Live Dealer Roulette from Evolution dropped down to fifth place with 0.91 per cent.

A closely fought battle between IGT and Pragmatic Play saw IGT come out victorious in the percentage of theoretical win charts for Canadian suppliers, besting Pragmatic Play’s 15.43 per cent with 15.91 per cent.

Used to settling for second and third place in the US charts, Evolution and Light & Wonder sat in third and fourth place, achieving 13.5 and 11.21 per cent respectively.

Games Global burst into the top of the supplier charts to rival Evolution, IGT and Light & Wonder in the latest Eilers-Fantini online game performance report for the US.

The igaming conglomerate’s rise can be attributed to its acquisition of Digital Gaming Corporation, a staunch performer in recent Eilers-Fantini reports.

Eilers & Krejcik Gaming and Fantini Research’s monthly report was again accompanied by the researchers’ newly launched insights into Canada’s igaming ecosystem, which saw Pragmatic Play almost atop the supplier pile once again.

US statistics

While Anaxi’s Buffalo slot dominated the top games by gross gaming revenue tables in previous months, January saw the title knocked off its perch down to third due to two long-standing contenders from IGT – Blackjack and Cash Eruption

Buffalo’s percentage of GGR fell to 2.14 per cent, allowing IGT’s Blackjack to take pole position despite taking a GGR hit itself, falling to 2.64 per cent.

IGT’s Cash Eruption slot sat between the two with a GGR percentage of 2.6 per cent, with Games Global’s, formerly DGC’s, Blazing Bison Gold Blitz remaining in the top five, climbing to fourth place at 1.36 per cent.

Rounding out the top five games by GGR was Light & Wonder’s Lightning Roulette live casino title, which made its way to fifth in February with 1.16 per cent.

From the top 25 titles by GGR, 16 were slot releases, representing the strongest-performing format. The rest of the top-performing titles included five live casino titles, three table games and one video poker release.

In the top-performing games overall table, IGT’s Blackjack trumped the competition once again by keeping its first place ahead of Cash Eruption, which made ground by climbing one place to achieve second.

AGSCapital Gains slot leapt from fourth to third place, while Evolution’s Live Dealer Speeder Baccarat shot up from 12th to fourth and Games Global’s Buffalo Bison Gold Blitz dropped from second place to fifth.

The slots charts saw Cash Eruption lead the way in first place, with Capital Gains coming in second. Both of these slots climbed one place as the previous month’s leader, Blazing Bison Gold Blitz, dropped to third.

To round out the top five, Design Works Gaming’s Pop A Shot jumped a massive 18 places to go from 22nd to fourth, while Light & Wonder’s 88 Fortunes took fifth place.

Overall, 12 individual suppliers were represented in the top 25 slots, with Anaxi, Reel Play, 4ThePlayer, White Hat Studios, Play’n GO and Greentube each finding a place in the top slots.

An even share was also witnessed in the top performers, with eight individual suppliers making up the top 10.

For the US’ new game rankings, January’s leader, Greentube’s Diamond Cash Mighty Buffalo, fell to seventh place as three completely new contenders helped to make up the top five.

Anaxi’s Buffalo Gold Collection showed robust performance to find the top place after settling with second the month prior, while positions two, three and four belonged to new entries Platinum 8x8x8x from AGS, Fishin Pots of Gold Gold Blitz from Games Global and Play’n GO’s Piggy Blitz, respectively.

Meanwhile, 4ThePlayer’s recent slot release 4 Fantastic Fish rose from eighth place to secure a top-five finish.

Slots were, once again, the dominant vertical in the new games charts, with all of the top 25 games being slot titles.

Evolution spent another month atop the supplier charts, achieving 19.6 per cent of GGR, while IGT and Light & Wonder kept their respective second and third places with 17.9 and 14.2 per cent.

However, a new entry got as close to breaking into that top three as we’ve ever seen for a supplier, as Games Global achieved a percentage of GGR of 9.7 per cent. The supplier mix by game category revealed that 100 per cent of Games Global’s tracked titles were slot releases.

Meanwhile, Evolution’s tracked portfolio is 85.5 per cent slots, with IGT’s 86.1 per cent and Light & Wonder’s 90.7 per cent slots.

Slots remained the dominant segment when looking at the total games tracked, with a total percentage of 91.5, ahead of table games which stands at 3.6 per cent.

Instant win games were next, up with 1.8 per cent, ahead of live casino’s 1.7 per cent, video poker’s one per cent and the 0.2 per cent shared by lottery and bingo/keno.

Mobile recorded 79.6 per cent for the highest percentage of theoretical win generated, beating desktop’s 29.3 per cent and tablet’s 1.1 per cent.

This latest analysis examined data from Michigan, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Connecticut across 30 online casino sites, tracking 50,416 games to represent around 64 per cent of the US market.

Canadian performance

Just the third-ever Canadian Eilers-Fantini report covered statistics from eight online casino sites, tracking 10,080 games across four provinces.

For top games by GGR, Live Dealer Roulette from Evolution led the pack with 1.47 per cent of GGR, followed by IGT’s Cash Eruption slot with 1.29 per cent.

Making up the rest of the top five was Pragmatic Play’s Sweet Bonanza slot (1.26 per cent), Evolution’s Live Dealer Baccarat (1.16 per cent) and Gates of Olympus from Pragmatic Play (1.15 per cent).

Pragmatic Play’s usual lead on top of the Canadian supplier charts fell flat, as IGT gained the highest percentage of theoretical win, standing at 16.7 per cent.

Pragmatic Play took second place with 15.55 per cent, with Light & Wonder and Evolution taking third and fourth place respectively, with 13.97 and 13.65 per cent.

Eilers & Krejcik Gaming and Fantini Research have published their latest US igaming performance report, with Evolution, Light & Wonder and IGT leading the supplier tables once again.

However, the latest Eilers-Fantini US report was accompanied by the researchers’ debut insight into Canada’s online casino ecosystem, which saw Pragmatic Play rival the aforementioned ‘big three’ suppliers.

Anaxi’s Buffalo slot title stampeded the competition to claim the number one spot in the US report for December’s top games by gross gaming revenue, with IGT’s Blackjack title pipped at the post for consecutive months.

Despite a slight drop in percentage of GGR, from November’s 4.55 per cent to 4.08 per cent, December saw Anaxi’s Buffalo slot remain top of the pile ahead of IGT’s Blackjack table game (3.54 per cent) and Cash Eruption slot (2.53 per cent).

Meanwhile, Digital Gaming Corporation’s Fire and Roses Joker slot came in fourth place (1.7 per cent GGR), meaning the top four games remained in these positions from last month’s results.

The studio’s Blazing Bison Gold Blitz was also the only change in the top five games by GGR, signalling a GGR percentage of 1.26 per cent.

Out of the top 25 titles by GGR, 16 were slot releases to represent the strongest-performing format. The rest of the top-performing titles included five live casino titles, three table games and one video poker release.

Looking at the top-performing games overall, a new entry headed straight to the top of the list, as DGC’s Blazing Bison Gold Blitz stopped IGT’s Blackjack from making its way back to pole position.

Meanwhile, Internal’s Craps table game made an impressive leap from 33rd to fourth, and Evolution’s Live Dealer Speed Baccarat fell from second to sixth, allowing DGC’s Fire and Roses Joker to move up one place from fourth to third.

The slots charts saw DGC’s Blazing Gold Bison Blitz and Fire and Roses Joker lead the way in first and second place, with IGT’s Cash Eruption keeping its third place, Anaxi’s Buffalo falling from first to fourth and Capital Gains remaining in fifth place.

Within the top 25 slots, 11 individual suppliers were represented as Reel Play, Inspired, Greentube and Bragg Gaming Group each found a place in the top slot charts.

An even share was also witnessed in the top performers, as seven individual suppliers made up the top 10.

In the US report’s new game rankings, Anaxi’s Buffalo was knocked off its perch as it fell to third place, with DGC’s new entry Blazing Bison Gold Blitz taking the top spot, followed by Fire and Roses Joker.

AGS’ Mega Diamond rose from seventh place to fourth with Light & Wonder’s Ultimate Fire Link Cash Falls China Street dropping from fourth place to round out the top five.

Of the top 25 new games, 24 were slot releases, with Evolution’s 12th-place VIP Blackjack being the only non-slot in the top 25.

Once again, Evolution continued to sit atop the supplier GGR percentage tables. The group led the way with 19.3 per cent, although this figure did see the supplier fail to make two consecutive months of growth, falling from last month’s 21.3 per cent.

The company’s supplier mix by game category represented by slots rose in December, increasing from 85.8 per cent to 86.

IGT remained in second place, climbing slightly once again from November’s 17.4 per cent to 17.8 per cent, witnessing a third straight month of recovery from September’s 16.7 per cent.

For the group’s portfolio, 85.6 per cent (November: 85.9 per cent) of its games were tracked as slots.

Light & Wonder remained in third place, gaining back some of its revenue lost in November, when it fell from October’s 15.8 per cent to 13.4 per cent, as it came in at 13.8 per cent for December.

For another month, DGC and Everi kept their fourth and fifth places, achieving 9.7 and 6.5 per cent respectively. However, Internal and Anaxi remained a threat to the top five by maintaining respective GGR percentages of 5.1 and 4.9 per cent.

Slots remained the dominant segment when looking at the total games tracked, with a total percentage of 91.5 (November: 91.3 per cent), ahead of table games which fell from 3.8 per cent to 3.7 per cent.

Live casino was next up with 1.8 per cent, ahead of instant win’s 1.6 per cent, video poker’s 1 per cent and the 0.2 per cent shared by lottery and bingo/keno.

Each segment remained consistent month-on-month once again, with video poker the only exception as it decreased by 0.1 per cent.

Mobile recorded 70.8 per cent for the highest percentage of theoretical win generated, beating desktop’s 28.3 per cent (November: 28.2 per cent) and tablets 0.9 per cent (November: 0.9 per cent).

This latest analysis examined data from Michigan, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Connecticut across 33 online casino sites, tracking 55,395 games to represent around 64 per cent of the US market.

Canadian performance

The first-ever Canadian Eilers-Fantini report covered statistics from seven online casino sites, tracking 8,182 games across the nation’s igaming sector.

For top games by GGR, Pragmatic Play took the maiden first place in Canada’s December charts with Sweet Bonanza, while its Gates of Olympus slot also rounded out the top five.

In between those Pragmatic Play titles, Light & Wonder’s Jin Ji Bao Xi Endless Treasure title took second place, Live Dealer Roulette from Evolution took third place and Cash Eruption took fifth – making it the only title to appear in both the US and Canada’s top five games by GGR.

Canada’s supplier charts saw Pragmatic Play lead the way again, gaining the highest percentage of theoretical win for December with 18.58 per cent.

The studio came ahead of Evolution’s 16.07 per cent, IGT’s 15.23 per cent and Light & Wonder’s 11.13 per cent, showing that the US’ top three are just as prominent in Canada.

IGT’s Blackjack title has fallen off its perch in the US online casino space’s top games by gross gaming revenue as Anaxi’s Buffalo slot title took top place in the latest Eilers-Fantini report for November.

While IGT’s Blackjack remained towards the top of the pile in a close second place, the shift marked the end of Blackjack’s multi-year reign as head of the pack. The table game’s percentage of total GGR dropped from last month’s 3.7 per cent to 3.49.

Spearheading the surprising shift was Anaxi’s Buffalo slot, which in just its third month of appearing in Eilers-Fantini reports has jumped straight into the top ten, and straight to the very top of the pile at that. Buffalo’s GGR percentage came in at 4.55 per cent.

This therefore dropped IGT’s top-performing slot title, Cash Eruption, from silver to bronze, coming in at 2.19 per cent, which was actually a slight increase on the previous month’s 2.15 per cent.

Meanwhile, Digital Gaming Corporation’s Gold Blitz slot witnessed a significant drop, failing to make it into the top three for a third month in a row by falling to seventh place with a GGR percentage of 1.18 per cent.

Of the top 25 titles that are dominating the GGR charts, online slots remained dominant with 18 games. Live casino, all courtesy of Evolution, has five entrants, while table games comprise the remaining two.

For the top game ranks overall, IGT’s Blackjack title lost its lead once again as it slid down to fourth place due to a pair of strong performances from Digital Gaming Corporation, including September’s new entry Pile Em Up and Fire and Roses Joker, which held on to second place.

For the slots breakdown, Buffalo sits ahead of Fire and Roses Joker and Pile Em Up to gain advantage on last month’s top spot, AGS’ Mega Diamond, which dropped to fourth. AGS’ Capital Gains also fell from fourth place to round off the top five.

A total of seven unique suppliers are represented in the top 10, representing continued variety in the sector. These include Light & Wonder, DGC, AGS, Evolution, IGT, Anaxi and Greentube. The top 25 also features the likes of Reel PlayEveriBragg and White Hat Studios.

Within the new game rankings, the aforementioned Buffalo leads the way, with last month’s number two, Fire and Roses Joker, keeping second place for DGC ahead of its Pile Em Up title in third place as a totally new release.

While AGS’ Mega Diamond came in fourth, Evolution’s VIP Blackjack game rose from 91st to 5th to clinch a top five position.

Another six new releases made the top 25, including Greentube’s Thunder Cash Senor Muerte (6th), Legion Gold from Play’n GO (9th), Ultimate Fire Link Cash Falls China Street by L&W (10th), Thunder Cash Senorita Suerte from Greentube (12th), Konami’s All Aboard Piggy Pennies (14th) and Quick Hit Blitz Blue from L&W (17th).

Due to VIP Blackjack’s rise in the new game rankings, the top five new slots were not identical to the new game rankings for the first time in three months. While the top four remained identical, Greentube’s Thunder Cash Senor Muerte came in at fifth place.

In the supplier tables, Evolution continues to sit atop of the pile, avoiding three straight months of share decline as its percentage of GGR rose from 21.2 per cent to 21.3.

The group’s supplier mix by game category represented by slots also rose slightly, increasing from 85.7 per cent to 85.8.

IGT remained in second place, holding its slight recovery of 17.4 per cent from September’s 16.7 per cent. For the group’s portfolio, 85.9 per cent (October: 85.9 per cent) of its games were tracked as slots.

However in the past year the top two have lost a significant portion of revenue share, with Evolution dropping seven per cent and IGT losing three per cent.

While Light & Wonder also remained in its third place, the group witnessed a drop in revenue share, falling to 13.4 per cent from October’s 15.8 per cent.

Although DGC and Everi kept their respective fourth and fifth places, Anaxi presents a threat to that security, coming in at sixth place with 5.2 per cent after just a few months since announcing its US entry.

However, Rick Eckert, Managing Director of Slot Performance and Analytics at Eilers & Krejcik Gaming, did add some caveats to Anaxi’s lead, suggesting that “it’s early” with only 14 unique themes tracked compared to Evolution and L&Ws portfolios of nearly 400 each.

Slots remained the dominant segment when looking at the total games tracked with a total percentage of 91.3 (October: 91.2 per cent), ahead of table games which remained at 3.8 per cent.

Live casino was next up with 1.8 per cent, ahead of instant win’s 1.6 per cent, video poker’s 1.1 per cent and the 0.2 per cent shared by lottery and bingo/keno. Each remained consistent month-on-month once again.

Mobile retains its frontrunning status with the highest percentage of theo win generated at 70.8 per cent, matching September’s figures to reverse October’s drop to 69.9 per cent.

The vertical leads across most segments, with desktop’s percentage of theo win dropping to 28.2 per cent (October: 29 per cent), soaring ahead in virtual sports titles. Tablet continues to bring up the rear with a drop to 0.9 per cent (October:1.2 per cent).

This latest analysis examined data from Michigan, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Connecticut across 33 online casino sites, tracking 52,968 games to represent around 64 per cent of the market.
