Jada Gaming has struck an “exclusive collaboration agreement” with Unidesa Interactive, which forms a part of CIRSA’s B2B division, that will secure European expansion for the group.

The Spain centric partnership will see the use of artificial intelligence be incorporated into Unidesa Interactive’s Forward Systems brand, through integration of the Jada Brain platform.

Alberto Alfieri, co-founder of Jada Gaming, commented: “We are delighted to start working with Unidesa Interactive and, with it, integrate our modules into the networks of the leaders in the land based gaming market.

“Our Jada Brain AI solution is incredibly powerful, and we have adapted it to optimise physical gaming operations.”

The Jada Brain features a set of tailor-made solutions specifically designed to improve what the group calls “the most critical areas of game management,” such as actions related to responsible gaming, among others, in a bid to improve the efficiency of the system.

In addition, Jada Gaming’s data expertise and analysis will also allow marketing actions to be more accurately targeted.

Furthermore, the network of Unidesa operator partners who have opted to utilise Forward Systems will also be able to gain access to new artificial intelligence modules, which look to drive performance and optimise the real-time management of their game rooms.

Josep Casas, Director of Cirsa’s B2B division, added: “The integration of this artificial intelligence solution from Jada Gaming will allow us to offer a pioneering room management system in Spain.

“An added value, without a doubt, to our Forward Systems, which currently has 42,000 connected machines in the world.”

Scandinavian CRM and CRO igaming supplier Symplify has inked a strategic partnership with SCCG Management

The agreement between the two will see SCCG Management spearhead Symplify’s North American expansion as part of the launch of its latest acquisition Jada Gaming

Robert Kimber, Symplify’s Group’s CEO, said: “SCCG is the perfect partner for us to drive further growth in the hugely exciting regulated markets across North America.

“We’re excited about the opportunity to build on our initial success here and SCCG’s vast experience will play a major role in the next growth stage.”

The joint deal will see SCCG Management provide and execute business strategies designed to open new distribution networks through licensed and qualified channels. Another element, that Symplify and its subsidiaries are said to benefit from, is advisory support on securing US state licences and authorisations.

As part of an expansion strategy, Symplify further enhanced its 360° offering in late 2021 by acquiring AI software Jada Gaming.

With the complete suite of Symplify, customers can now optimise conversions on their websites and apps, harvest visitors into loyal players, create real-time advanced channel orchestration and ultimately, through Jada, utilise the full potential of AI and ML with churn prediction, hyper-personalisation and AI-powered segmentation.

“North America is still a relatively nascent market that offers huge potential and we cannot wait to showcase the capabilities of AI to a new and growing audience,” added Alberto Alfieri, Jada Gaming’s co-founder.

Stephen Crystal , SCCG Management CEO and founder, concluded: “AI is playing an ever-increasingly influential role in successful operations and Jada’s capabilities will augment Symplify’s already strong offering.

“Our mission is providing a 360° service for our partners, across multiple sectors, and I’m excited to add another vital layer to our solution and be working alongside Symplify as we continue to grow the business.”
