As more countries around the world continue to loosen coronavirus restrictions, punters have been making their return to betting shops. With that, it’s become so important for betting companies to ensure that they are meeting the needs of their retail customers.

For TVBet, its new partnership with AfricaBet means that it can now provide its portfolio of live games across the bookmaker’s properties in Zimbabwe. As a result, AfricaBet’s players can now enjoy betting on sports events as well as TVBET’s suite of live games

Peter Korpusenko, TVBet’s CEO, told CasinoBeats: “We do our best to provide land-based bookmakers and casinos with a full-fledged product that will make their players delighted. Fans of betting shops have the same features and capabilities as online bettors.

“Therefore, with our solutions, retail punters can place bets on our alternative product, which helps bookmakers to diversify their portfolios. Moreover, our team is always ready to help with product customisation and its maintenance.”

When it comes to delivering its portfolio to the retail customer, TVBet explained that the process is not as difficult as it might seem at first glance.

Emphasising that its team is on-hand to support the overall integration process, the supplier noted that the process takes four hours in total: five minutes for software installation, two hours for setup and then two hours for cashier training.

Weaker internet connections are not an issue when providing its range of services, TVBet shared, as partners can benefit from its TVBet Satellite and TVBe Virtual Solutions.

With TVBet Satellite, the connection is provided through satellite dishes and decoders meaning that betting shops won’t have any troubles with the broadcasting signal due to the increased stability and lack of delays.

By using TVBet Virtual Solutions, bookmakers can benefit from a vast media base of pre-recorded games which allows partners to broadcast them offline, while also maintaining the randomness of the outcomes.

Multiple recorded draws for each game eliminate the repetition of outcomes in games, so players get a similar experience as in live streaming.

Furthermore, players in retail are not limited in the capabilities and functionality offered by TVBet. They have exactly the same game betting options as online players and can win jackpots just as well.

Carrying out upgrades to the sound characteristics for its flagship games is key to making the experience as enjoyable as possible for players, explained TVBET CEO Peter Korpusenko.

This week, TVBET confirmed that it had upgraded the sound design of FruitRace, one of its core games – with the tweaks forming part of its global UI/UX product improvement strategy.

“We always strive to make the product as pleasant as possible for the end-user,” explained Korpusenko. “Spot updates of existing products are concomitant to the comprehensive development of the company and our further plans for the release of new TV games.”

In the previous edition, lottery balls would fly out silently before beating against the lottery drum wall and making a loud noise.

However, the revamped sound characteristics mean that the ‘unpleasant launch noise’ has been removed. Meanwhile, sound has been added to the start of the ball rotation and at the point in which they line up against the image comparison panel, where the results are determined.

TVBET noted that the overall musical score has also undergone vast improvements – with changes made to ensure that any music does not distract the player from the game itself.

The streaming games provider believes that ‘watching the game and placing bets has simply become a much more pleasant all-round experience’.

FruitRace was launched back in 2020, combining the concepts of traditional racing and lottery. During the game, there is one betting option: the number of colour matches. Players must match four or more colours to win the game.

It is the latest of TVBET’s games to undergo UX analysis after the likes of JokerBet – for which the appearance of the studio was revamped – and WheelBet – where speeds were enhanced.

To help drive engagement among players, TVBET explained that it will continue to carry out changes and updates to its products within the coming weeks.

Following relaxation of coronavirus measures across the world, 2021 was somewhat of an eventful year for TVBet as it continued to expand its presence across the betting and gaming industry.

So as 2022 gets underway, TVBet CEO Peter Korpusenko reflects on the major milestones of the last 12 months.

New live games launch

This last year has been incredibly rich for TVBet as we continue to expand our product portfolio with the launch of new games! In 2021, we presented three new live games to the world: Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and the Mega 6 lottery.

Teen Patti, which is sometimes referred to as “Three Cards”, originates from India and is usually compared with poker. Praised for its simplicity, we believe that Teen Patti can help captivate not only a local audience but all players across the globe.

The second game we launched was Andar Bahar. You may ask, what is Andar Bahar? It is a popular betting card game which has attracted the attention of gamblers for centuries. There are many questions surrounding its origin, but many believe that it originated in Bangalore in South India.

It is believed that the game stemmed from the locals’ love of playing cards, with Andar Bahar involving all travelers searching for entertainment in this process. This made it an obvious choice for our game offering as we seek to deliver stand-out experiences for our players.

Rounding off the trio of games is Mega6 – the latest addition to our lottery games. During the game, 49 numbered balls – which are painted in two different colours – are dropped into the lottery drum. In the process of mixing, six numbered balls are randomly selected into the resulting tube. The presenter then announces the numbers and colours.

We are confident in our belief that these new games have already proven themselves and have attracted the attention of players, both new and those familiar with TVBet games. Our network of partners have already appreciated the influx of bets on selected TVBet games.

Exponential growth

Throughout 2021, we continued to show consistent growth in the performance of our games, with growing numbers of players learning about what we have to offer – many of whom then enjoyed a flutter.

Our results have shown that from Q3 2020 to Q3 2021, the number of bets placed on our games increased by 54 per cent, while overall gross gaming revenue rose by 113 per cent.

Active expansion

Releasing new games wasn’t the only milestone we reached in 2021; we also secured a multitude of new partnerships.

Among these new partners are Betclic, Betwarrior, Cornet, Doradobet, EveryMatrix, Fuksiarz, Koolbet237, Pronet Gaming, PZBUK and Strendus. By entering into these agreements, we have been able to strengthen our footprints across Africa, Europe and Latin America.

We have seen excellent development prospects across the African and Latin American markets and we intend to develop actively there in 2022.

And finally, as life slowly began to return to normal – or as close to normal as we’ve seen in a long time – our team was able to attend a number of offline events. This gave us the opportunity to catch up with friends, colleagues and new business partners.

All of this helped us to gain even greater fame and reach new acquaintances and connections. For the next year, the TVBet team has even more ambitious plans!

Market analysts have suggested that bookmakers’ losses were about 25 per cent in 2020, marking the first year in history in which the entire industry was in the red. But as the situation begins to stabilise, Peter Korpusenko – TVBET’s CEO – believes that there is a growing opportunity to promote their live dealer games.

Over the last 12 months, betting companies were forced to re-evaluate their options, with some turning towards political events, Belarusian football and even tiddlywinks as alternative betting markets for their punters.

But for some bookmakers, live card games and lotteries became the markets of choice which proved to be advantageous – largely in part to these games not being tied to a sporting event, meaning they could be broadcast all year round.

We’re also expecting an increase in demand for our games. After all, those who like to bet on sports also prefer to bet on TVBET games. According to our internal analysis, carried out by one of our top partners, 80 per cent of sports betting fans bet on TVBET games.

Besides, during the first month of sports suspension (in March 2020), TVBET noted a 31 per cent increase in the total number of bets placed. Since that time, the popularity of these games has not stopped growing. We think there are a key few reasons why punters are choosing to bet on TVBET live games.

Firstly, bets on TVBET games can be placed in between live sports games. More often than not, players tend to find themselves being distracted during the half-time breaks – and TVBET games can act as a suitable solution to that mid-game boredom.

In addition, players are confident in the fact that our games are fair. Currently, eight out of 12 TVBET games are GLI certified, which guarantees 100 per cent random outcomes.

TVBET games are also well-known card games and lotteries – but in a completely new format. And even if the rules of a game are unknown, it is easy and simple to understand it, since the interface and rules of the game are intuitive.

Overall, 2021 is expected to have a heavier sports season and an increase in rates this year. So the numbers promise to improve compared with a year earlier. Online betting platforms are also expected to flourish even more since more and more competitors appear on the market every day, which sets new rules for the market.

So judging from the success of our games in 2020, and the return of the sporting calendar, this year promises to be an exciting year for TVBET.

Live games provider TVBET has enhanced its customer journey with the launch of a new, revamped website.

In a post on LinkedIn, TVBET explained that the ‘informative, fast and user-friendly’ site will ensure that partners have access to a wealth of information about the provider’s services and games.

In addition, the site will now be available in Arabic, Chinese, English, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish – thus making it more accessible to partners around the world.

Peter Korpusenko, TVBET CEO, stated: “Regarding B2B gaming, we are confident that it is vital to provide advanced product information for potential partners. With this in mind, we have upgraded our website in the way of providing maximum information.

“With a deep understanding of our product and how it helps betting companies and casinos to grow, every visitor can now estimate its business value to them.

“Our products are technologically advanced, and we are obliged to convey this through all possible channels to the partner, while the official website is the main source of informing the end consumer.”

Earlier this month, TVBET announced that it had secured a new partnership with Pronet Gaming to supply a range of casino and lottery-based entertainment from live card games to board games and lottery titles.

The group’s roster of live hosted titles includes blackjack-inspired 21Bet and WheelBet, which is based on a wheel of fortune concept combined with American roulette. Further HD titles include Backgammon and TVBET’s in-studio fast-draw live lottery game 5Bet.

The confidence that players now have in getting transparent outcomes from random number generation content has helped the concept to assume an increasingly important role for the igaming industry’s operators.

One such company whose RNG mechanics are delivering a “100% fair and transparent” to players through its B2B partners is live games supplier TVBET, who believes a subtle approach to random outcomes is the key to success when it comes to engaging your audience.

“We strive to incorporate RNG into all of our games and are confidently moving towards achieving this,” explained TVBET CEO Peter Korpusenko. “After all, this is what will ensure the fairness and transparency of the results of the game, which is extremely important for the players.”

So, how has TVBET ensured both fairness and transparency for its games? When it comes to building confidence among its players, the supplier explained that it has transferred two more of its games onto the platform which supports RNG mechanics.

In addition, these two games – War of Elements and JokerBet – have also acquired Gaming Laboratories International certified shufflers, which guarantees that they have passed the RNG mechanics examination.

War of Elements takes place around the clock between a player and the dealer. Praised by the supplier for its simple rules, once the player and dealer are each given a card, the player must then predict which card is highest before both cards are compared. The game offers betting options on the result, colour, suit, and the exact value of the next card.

Meanwhile JokerBet uses a regular deck of 52 cards plus two jokers. At regular intervals during the game, players are offered the chance to predict the next card to be drawn from the deck. Similar to War of Elements, the game offers a range of options for betting, including the exact value of the next card, suit, colour of the card, number or picture.

With the addition of GLI certified shufflers, the live games provider believes that this should have a positive impact on player confidence in the results of the provider’s live games.

Korpusenko continued: “We aim to make an interesting, and first of all, certified and honest product. Therefore, we are making every effort in this direction. This is an important step and part of our mission to make the game comfortable and the results of it undoubtful. Everything is done to please the end consumer.”

These two new GLI certified games bring the total number of live games from TVBET which carry the test-lab’s mark of approval to eight, with War of Elements and JokerBet joining 1Bet, 5Bet, 7Bet, Lucky6, WheelBet and FruitRace.

TVBET added that it has huge plans in the pipeline for this year as it aims to implement equipment that supports true RNG mechanics for all 12 live games in its portfolio.

Peter Korpusenko, CEO of TVBET, discusses harnessing the intricacies of sporting events within a suite of live games which complement traditional casino products, as well as meeting a desire for entertainment, simplicity and true randomness.

To diversify the product portfolios, modern betting companies have frequently decided that online casino games complement the existing sporting events perfectly. However, what is often forgotten is the key reason why punters prefer this type of entertainment.

Betting on sports inherently differs from playing slots or virtual games, given that the last-mentioned ones are not as trustworthy as live competitions, and this is true.

On considering this matter from a perspective of money-making, the sporting events can be analysed by any player. Statistical information, news related to an athlete’s shape, various turns of events while watching live – all these factors have an impact on a player’s decision, thus making the process exciting. With the set of various odds, anyone willing can choose the most suitable option for placing a bet.

Speaking of casino products, the algorithms that are used in most of them are not always attractive to sportsbook customers. The only thing you get is an enjoyable gaming experience. Besides, in the midst of brightly shining screens, betting players do not always understand casino game mechanics.

But, what if there’s a product on the market that can satisfy the players’ need for both transparency and entertainment. In that case, everyone can easily spend time playing games by abstracting time from sports, or while waiting for the start of a new game.

The growing interest in live games

These games along with the traditional casino products often become the exact addition to existing offerings sports betting companies have. Players from all over the world have already become familiar with the wide variety of betting options live games have. The reason the betting audience gives preference to this content relies on simplicity.

When we look at TVBET’s live games suite, all the products are easily recognisable around the world. The rules of such live-games as PokerBet, JokerBet, Keno, WheelBet and other ones are standardised for everyone across the globe.

Thus, it’s not difficult for players to watch a chosen game and bet on the outcome. In most of them, all you need to participate in the draw is to recall these famous TV games. Also, the basic rules are required for others to remember.

Gaming process transparency is also a crucial element when betting players choose TVBET live-games. All the events are broadcasted in real time so that their outcomes won’t be manipulated. You see that the presenters host every game in front of your eyes.

In the case of this provider, there can be no doubt that something goes wrong, because the team uses the latest gaming equipment, which has recently been certified by GLI. This, in turn, proves the randomness of the results of its games. Accordingly, players don’t feel uncomfortable when deciding to play live-games on their beloved betting platform.

A product that helps to compete with industry giants

With a good understanding of the aforementioned product attractiveness, several online and land-based operators have already integrated live-games to their platforms.

It’s no surprise that they feel this way because such an addition could positively affect GGR and result in betting increases. TVBET states that the share on its games may amount to 25-30 per cent of the total number of bets. More than 100 operators worldwide are already cooperating with the provider.

It could be concluded that a richer variety of betting options allows operators to acquire new customers. Besides, live-games integration also plays an important role in leading the segment of casino players. Considering that the company requires no integration or setup fee, the proposal to add its versatile live-games looks like a reasonable decision.

Instead of seeing ‘getting live’ as the final part in a deal between a gaming operator and content provider, communication and marketing support from the provider should increase post integration writes TVBET CEO Peter Korpusenko.

Online gambling stands out as an excellent example of a sector in which ongoing marketing and product placement, alongside careful analysis of operational status, is so important.

To put the battle for market share into context, a study from Grand View Research Inc has predicted that the global market size will reach $103bn by 2025, registering a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11.5 per cent over the next six years. We expect live games to play its part in this boom, growing to take a 30 per cent share of the market.

Whether it’s live games or traditional slots, operators must be at their best to keep attracting and retaining customers. Contrary to popular belief, it is no longer enough to just to obtain the right licences, connect some third party games and products, launch a site and wait for a flow of traffic to translate to huge gross gaming revenues (GGR).

In the long term, such an approach post launch date will likely result in a suspension of operational activities due to a lack of liquidity. So, how can you counter this? How can you reinvigorate traffic flow to the games without a sufficient marketing budget? Are you held back by an inability to allocate the right resources to running jackpots and player bonuses?

We are aware that the list of problems may be very different, stretching across both internal and external factors. Therefore, at TVBET we decided to create a dedicated partnership department to help our operators, the main objective of which is to provide ongoing development and marketing support for an operator post integration.

Instead of stopping communication after integration, it should be the other way round. The partner deploys our games and receives – as a bonus – a marketing team that will work with them in three main areas: on analysis of the operational status, development of a product promotional strategy and implementation of the strategy together with the operator’s team.

An excellent tool for attracting and retaining new players is the use of jackpots. On average, we are helping our partners to run 660 jackpot draws (around 20 a day) each month, for a total average sum of €30,000 per operator. Of course, this average could be higher or lower depending on the size of the operator and its target audience.

It might not seem like huge pools of money, but it is enough to maintain interest across the suite of live TVBET games and in turn produce a constant growth in GGR. It is also a carefully managed amount – at current betting volumes – to retain an exclusive feel for the jackpots, rather than ‘devaluing’ the product through running too many.

How do we know it works? Well, since implementing promotional tools such as jackpots through the partnership department, the total audience for TVBET’s live games on one of the operators we are working with has gone out from 1.5 million to 2.2 million. Our analytics also tells us that those who use jackpot tools are 27 per cent more popular than those who don’t.

However, it’s not just about jackpot promotions. This partnership department also provides additional marketing promotions for live games – so that operators don’t need to use up too much of their own resources trying to popularise the games – and implements tools such as contests, promo codes, cashback and free bets. Our experience working with both sports and casino operators helps us to deploy the right tools on a case-by-case basis.

The collaborative process must not stop at the launch date. To make the most of the partnership with your provider, it’s essential to consider the right promotional tools and marketing support to grow in parallel with the increased demand for live games.

Live games provider TVBET has introduced new game ‘Lucky6’ as part of its global expansion. The well-known classic game is already available in the demo section on the company’s official website, while it will soon be added to partner platforms.

TVBET representatives are using iGB’s Affiliate Lisbon conference (16-19 October) to demonstrate all features of Lucky6 to delegates at the event.

It’s the 11th fast live-game that the company has released since the beginning of 2019 when it began its pursuit of global market share.

“Being one of the leaders of the global live games market, TVBET focuses on providing our clients with the most relevant content,” said TVBET CEO Peter Korpusenko. “The new Lucky6 is in full accordance with the requirements of this demanding audience.

“This game is popular for its genre, and our company has launched it in a highly qualitative live-format including also adjustable bonuses, promo codes and jackpots. Today, we’re happy to present the content that will help our partners in reaching their business goals.”

Lucky6 is a classic game in which the player is offered 48 numbers, 35 of which are selected randomly. The player is asked to guess six balls.

The “special fortune” arrives with your last ball, but the winning ratio depends on its position as the earlier the selected balls fall out, the greater the winning amount will be.

Live broadcasted games are fast becoming a “must have” solution for online gaming operators said TVBET, who helped its key partner to increase the number of monthly bets taken from 6,136 to 452,617 in the space of just six months.

The recently rebranded independent live games provider told CasinoBeats that, on average, the launch of TVBET games combined with marketing support has helped its partners to record a 56 per cent increase in bets taken after one month, climbing to 200-300 per cent after three months.

It currently offers 10 unique games – Keno, 21, 1Bet, 5Bet, 7Bet, JokerBet, PokerBet, Wheel of Elements, WheelBet and Backgammon – presented by English speaking dealers.

“At the moment we offer 10 games, but there are going to be 16 of them by the end of the year,” explained Yaroslava Isaenko, sales executive officer for TVBET

“I believe that in the next five years live games will grow to take around 30 per cent of the online betting and gaming market, taking their place as a must-have solution for all the major operators and platform providers.”

Peter Korpusenko, TVBET CEO, commented: “In just three years (launched 2016), the company has launched 10 unique games and offered online, mobile and land-based versions of its software to our partners. We’ve completed over 100 integrations and, since the beginning of this year, doubled the company’s financial projections.”

He said that the company chose to focus on fast live games because players have more trust in products they can see broadcasted live, in this case from TVBET’s Cyprus studio.

“The key difference from the others (live games suppliers) is our modern approach and technically advanced product,” added Korpusenko. “We can make our decisions quickly without looking back.

“This allowed us to design twice as many games as our competitors in the same period of time, with better video quality and richer features. Moreover, our technical capacity allows us to add customisable benefits like jackpots, free bets, or promo codes – features that you can’t find in our competitors.”

Live gaming will be a key topic on the first day of this month’s CasinoBeats Summit, held at Olympia London from 17-20 September. The concept is now firmly embraced by so many of the leading casino software suppliers.

For example, NetEnt reacted to a 4.1 per cent revenue decline in Q2 – underpinned by a weak performance in the Nordics – by turning to live casino.

“Looking ahead, we continue to invest in increased game production, a technical platform featuring more functionality, and live casino, in order to defend, and over the longer term increase our market shares in all our markets,” said Group CEO Therese Hillman.

Meanwhile, Greentube – a division of Novomatic – has recently recruited Evolution Gaming to power its live casino services across multiple jurisdictions.

Richard Poole, head of B2C brands at Greentube UK, said: “Live casino is now a prerequisite for a digital casino and Evolution Gaming come with a fantastic pedigree and a market-leading product.”
