Pragmatic Solutions has linked with Rhino Entertainment Group to support the launch of the group’s sixth online casino brand, ‘Paratiisi’ on the Pragmatic Solutions PAM platform.

Tapping into the Pragmatic Solutions Player Account Management (PAM) platform, the operator will be enabled operators like Rhino to deploy multi-brand strategies while consolidating all technical services and operations on a single multi-tenant instance of the platform.

Ashley Lang, CEO at Pragmatic Solutions, said, “The launch of new brands is an effective way to further leverage existing marketing channels, expand appeal to new segments of players, improve localisation by launching new sites for specific markets, and to provide an alternative entertainment destination for existing players.

“Most of our clients operate across multiple regulated markets and deploy multi-brand strategies on single independent instances of our PAM platform, enjoying its extensive compliance functionality and multi-tenant architecture.

“Rhino is an incredibly successful partner and an excellent example of this fast-growth journey. We value their business and are committed to evolving our products and services to support their ambitious plans.  We are proud to sustain their remarkable progress with our scalable, flexible technology and our client-centric work approach.”

Rhino Entertainment Group launched its first brand, CasinoDays, on the Pragmatic Solutions PAM platform in 2020. Since then, they have steadily rolled out other brands across multiple markets, such as Buusti Kasino, Lucky Spins, Raketti and Big Boost.

Ross Parkhill, CEO at Rhino Entertainment Group, said, “With Paratiisi, our highest priority is to offer players an exciting gaming experience, a selection of only the best games, strong commitment to safety and fairness, attractive daily cashback promotions, and excellent customer service.

By leveraging Pragmatic Solutions iGaming platform, with its wide portfolio of pre-integrated content, along with our own propriety Rhino Layer, powering our front ends and gamification features, we have been able to execute our multi-brand strategy and rapidly expand across our core markets.

Over almost 4 years that we have operated Rhino Entertainment on the Pragmatic Solutions platform, we have both grown as companies and business partners. We are excited with this latest rollout and looking forward to welcoming new players to the Rhino experience.”

Kling Automaten’s Jokerstar Casino has become the latest igaming entity to go live in the regulated German online gaming market, with a “long-term vision” complemented by “ambitious plans” across the region.

The establishment of the new regulatory regime in Germany to licence and regulate the activity is said to have “presented an opportunity for Kling to expand their land-based business into the online sector”.

The group, which operates 165 Joker casino arcades across Germany, has partnered with Pragmatic Solutions regarding the move, gaining platform technology to support an “exciting new phase”.

“We are delighted to be working with Juergen and the team at Kling in this exciting project,” noted Ashley Lang, Pragmatic Solutions’ CEO.

“We believe established land-based operators have great potential to lead in regulated markets and to support Kling we have made significant developments to the platform to ensure that it is fully compliant with both the transitional German regime that began on October 15, 2020, and the new Interstate Treaty on Gambling that came into force from the July 1, 2021. We could not be more pleased or proud to be supporting Kling in the launch of Jokerstar casino.”

After many months of collaboration with Kling, Pragmatic Solutions is said to have implemented all the necessary regulatory controls to enable Jokerstar to meet “the strict conditions” of the German locally regulated casino market.

This included enforcement of deposit and betting limits, implementation of problem gambling controls, including a ‘panic button’ 24-hr instant cool-off period, integration with the OASIS national self-exclusion database and LUGAS central monitoring database, and numerous additional operational and player-experience feature enhancements.

Juergen Kling, CEO of Kling Automaten, explained: “We are very excited about the new online opportunity for Kling, and we have ambitious plans for Jokerstar online casino.

“We have a long-term vision and need a technology partner that can help us enter the market successfully today and provide ongoing innovation and development support in the future to ensure that Jokerstar casino becomes a dominant player in the regulated German market.

“After a comprehensive evaluation process, we found Pragmatic Solutions to have the right technology, experience in regulated markets, and a strong commitment to supporting our business as we expand into online gaming.

“We are very excited and proud to announce the launch of Jokerstar.de and the next phase of our partnership with Pragmatic.”

Pragmatic Solutions has secured a partnership with Flow, to oversee the integration of the latter’s no-code innovation platform into its services.

Through the collaboration, Pragmatic’s player account management system is now fully integrated with Flows technology, which premits customers to take advantage of the tech.

Flows’ platform will enable Pragmatic and other affiliated companies to “easily” automate their digital processes, build digital features and produce applications.

We are delighted to be a part of Pragmatic Solutions Integration Hub for their platform clients to take full advantage of our innovative tool,” commented Domenico Mazzola, Director of Sales at Flows.

“It’s great to see an industry leader recognise the importance and benefits that Flows, no-code automation can bring to their business.

“Establishing partnerships with tier one suppliers like Pragmatic Solutions is a great achievement for Flows and one we’re very proud to have formalised. We look forward to welcoming Pragmatics platform clients in the near future.”

Pragmatic Solutions, the platform tech sister-company of Pragmatic Play, provides its client base of gambling and sportsbook operators with core technology solutions built around a core player management platform.

This features a player account, wallet, CRM tools, bonus management tools, payment tools, KYC and fraud-prevention services, serviced by rules-based automation.

Furthermore, this partnership will provide the company with a feature which Flows states is able to “coordinate multiple systems” and “automate workflows in real-time”, offering Pragmatic’s clients “more ownership of their product roadmaps”.

Neccton has added yet more depth to its burgeoning roster after Pragmatic Solutions strengthened its responsible gambling capabilities by teaming-up with the group.

This will see the solutions provider add a suite of responsible gambling player protection tools, in addition to anti-money laundering and fraud detection, through the mentor solution.

“We started our research in gambling 15 years ago and have published multiple academic studies in the area of player tracking and responsible gaming,” said Dr Michael Auer, Neccton director and head of development.

“We have shown that players who gamble responsibly are more loyal, and their customer lifetime is significantly longer. We are proud to assist millions of players across dozens of brands around the world and to bring Pragmatic Solutions and their many customers into the fold.”

Under the terms of the agreement, Pragmatic Solutions’ clients will become guarded by an AI-based solution that analyses player behaviour in real-time in a bid to prevent problem gambling habits evolving. The software recognises possible problematic behaviour and works to help both player and operator to identify and address the issue.

For example, players are informed when their deposit frequency is increasing significantly, which aims to help customers make better-informed decisions about their play with individualised feedback. mentor also includes modules for fraud, AML and aCRM.

“Neccton’s leading solution for AML, aCRM, fraud, and responsible gaming is a great asset in operators’ daily business and a key ingredient for many regulatory environments,” added Ashley Lang, CEO of Pragmatic Solutions.

“We are happy to offer operators access to this top-notch solution, making this integration an important step in our mission to deliver a modern, open, and scalable platform capable of meeting all the needs of igaming operators.”

Flows and CasinoFriday have signed a partnership agreement that will allow the operator to build new features and workflows.

Launched on Pragmatic Solutions full API-based platform in Q4 2020, privately owned CasinoFriday’s integration has already been completed, and real time data driven features and applications created by the operator have gone live due to Pragamtic’s modular platform.

“We’re really excited to have partnered with CasinoFriday and humbled that a team of industry veterans saw the potential and value in Flows at such an early stage,” explained James King, CEO at Flows.

“From a practical point of view this partnership has allowed us to prove our agnostic ability and speed of integration in both the pragmatic integration but also with other 3rd parties used by CasinoFriday from Optimove through to slack (enabling future partners to easily access these too).

“What’s been fun following the integration go-live has been to see the types of Flows (features and applications) that the CasinoFriday team have been building and putting live. There are Flows that are adding additional customisation to their CRM, they’ve built a refer a friend feature, reactivation Flows, they’ve built Flows for responsible gambling and player safety as well as risk and fraud detection Flows to name just a few, and this is only the start for them.

“This is an exciting time for us as we onboard more partners and get to see the multitude of ways that they use Flows.”

Flows is built to be”one of the most agnostic pieces of software on the market,” that is able to sit alongside any other piece of technology that an operator has or uses to then enable its partners to “innovate freely and without constraint”.
